Have just recieved this today, bought it after reading so many good reviews. I can honestly say just from putting it in now, the first time my knees and back are finally bearable. I have never found anything that would take any pain whatsoever from the arthritis in my knees and spine. I can still feel the pain but much less than before. Works better than medications I have been prescribed and not worked and also other topical gels I have tried. Not sure how long the gel will last before I need to reapply but I have already just ordered some more. This time I have ordered the roll on applicator rather than the tube though as I can still after washing feel it on my hand. If you have any curs avoid at all times, I had a tiny one on my hand I didn't even know was there. Definitely recommend.

I absolutely love this product and I have used it from when I was a teenager and I am now 32. The pain relief from the Bio freeze is very good. It does provide a really warm feeling and that is a soothing feeling, it doesn't take all the pain away (nothing can for me and my mum too) but it really does help to take the edge off so that we can get on with what we need to do etc. I know of a lot of people who use it for mild pain relief to medium pain and chronic pain and everyone i know has said that it really does help. My cousin who has a very physical won't leave the house without having it on him. I would recommend this to anyone in pain but as I have said before it doesn't get rid of all the pain.

My Chiropractor recommended this product during my visit when I was in a lot of pain in my back and had lost a lot of my mobility in that area. At the end of my treatment he applied Biofreeze to my back which had a cooling effect and after several minutes I experienced a tingling and a further cooling effect. It has helped with the pain management in conjunction with my treatment from my chiropractor. I am now fortunately almost back to normal.

I had an accident, where I fell all the way down a flight of stairs. I broke a bone in my spine and 4 ribs. This is the only product that gives me any relief from pain for a short time. I can put it on several times a day and it really helps. I don't even find taking strong painkillers help but Biofreeze does.The order came very quickly. Very impressed
