Excellent Protection Plan! Super fast and super helpful when things go wrong!!

I had a problem with a foldable treadmill before the ASURION 2 year warranty was up and they just gave me an Amazon credit for the price of the original purchase. With this credit, I bought another treadmill. It was super fast and easy!

I have occasionally bought Asurion protection for items from Amazon, but I never needed to use it until a few days ago. A foldable treadmill I had bought nearly two years ago suddenly started making louder and louder grinding noises. I looked up my coverage, called Asurion, and within 15 minutes, I was emailed a complete reimbursement of the purchase price of the treadmill! I didn't need to send it back. I didn't need to haggle about repairs. It was the best experience I've EVER had with an insurance company in my long life! I HIGHLY recommend Asurion.

I was happy they sent a gift card for what I paid for the bike. The bad part though, you don’t get the tax, the shipping or the warranty refunded. So on top of having to buy a new bike you have to pay shipping all over which in my case was $250.00 plus a new warranty and tax again. Which cost more than the bike itself. Still glad I bought the warranty though because these electric bikes and scooters break down so easily.

I rarely leave reviews but I had to leave one for this company. It was seriously the best $40 i ever spent. Purchased a treadmill for almost $400 a year ago and it randomly stopped working. Reached out to Amazon and they reminded me that I had purchased the warranty so I called them to file a claim. Before the phone call had ended my claim was already approved and said that I would be receiving a gift card for full reimbursement within 72 hours. When I hung up the phone gift card was already in my inbox. And she told me that I did not have to return the original product. I am highly impressed. I will be getting this on all of my high ticket items going forward. So worth it!

They are not honoring the warranty. I purchased the warranty along with the treadmill, but now they are stating that the product in my claim is not covered under my plan.

Asurion is great!! I received my gift immediately and hassle-free.
