I like that it dissolves quickly in a little water so I can drink it down fast. At first it has a nice slightly sweet and sour flavor, but then it has quite a nasty after-taste, like some smelly weeds. However, it dissolves so well in a little water, I can drink it down fast holding my nose so I don't smell it and it isn't bad to take at all.

First time purchasing this product. I don’t know why I had expected it to have a bitter taste, but it doesn’t. I added it to a small amount of room temperature water and it dissolved immediately. Since I was expecting a bitter taste I added a drop of sugar substitute, but it wasn’t needed. I will be adding this product to my beverages from now on. I have purchased several different products from the Anthony’s Brand and they have never let me down. I will purchase again.Update - I have started adding this to my coffee cup every morning along with my Anthony’s Collagen. I make my cup of hot tea and I pour just a little bit in with the powder. By using my frother it dissolves instantly. I add the rest of the tea to the mixture and stir. It taste just like hot tea with lemon in it.❤️🎄

My family is from Senegal they bring this Baobab fruit when they visit the States . Fresh baobab in powder form should be a little sweet and white or off white , if it’s yellow that means it’s old very old . Anthony’s baobab powder is as yellow as smokers teeth . Will be looking for a fresh white sweet baobob next winter bug again that’s FR . Amazon supports trash sometimes .
