I bought this tea when I went to visit the UK. I’ve tried other teas to help me sleep but, I’d fall asleep for a few hours and then wake up. I liked this tea so much that I had to see if Amazon had it and they did! This tea does what it’s supposed to do. I fall asleep longer and now when I wake up, I’m relaxed and feel fully rested. I recommended this tea to my daughter who also bought it and she loves it!

Such a pleasant tasting tea, a nightly part of my routine to settle down. With or without honey, it’s great. I’ve recommended it to several friends, gone so far as to purchase it for them to try!

This is a VERY effective sleep aid. I lead a very physically vigorous lifestyle. Sometime my body is too hpyed up at night to relax enough to allow me to sleep. This tea effectively, deliciously & quickly calms my muscles & nerves down sufficiently to allow me to fall asleep. Has none of the side effects of meds.

It is very difficult to find a caffeine free tea for the end of the day that does not have chamomile or taste terrible. This one is great! Glad I can get it here as my grocery no longer stocks it.

Product works excellent as sleep aid. It's also hard to find.

I'm a light sleeper, the kind that wakes up when they have to roll over. Then sometimes I have a UFC brawl with my CPAP hose in the middle of the night. I drink a mug of this stuff, and I'm comfy. I'm comfy enough to sleep through the turn overs. It doesn't knock me out, but if I'm tired, it makes me comfy enough to stay down.
