Well made and looks even better in person! Was bought for my sisters birthday and she loves it! Much better looking then some of the other options on here! Perfect size for 2 people.

Lovely teapot. Well packaged, quick delivery.

I originally bought the larger teapot, looked good but a bit heavy when full. Decided to buy the smaller one as there are only two of us most of the time and keep the larger one for when we have visitors. Unfortunately the day the smaller version arrived the large teapot developed a large crack, only had it a month. Decided to gradually build up the use of boiling water with the small one, but same thing has happened again, large crack only had this one a few weeks. If it can't cope with boiling water then not much use as a teapot.

The glazing appears to be inadequate. There are two chips on the rim and lid already. There has been no rough handling; in fact just the opposite. In addition, there now appears to be a hairline crack in the bowl. A most disappointing purchase
