Kyser Quick-Change Guitar Capo for 6-string acoustic guitars, Black, KG6BA

I lost my previous capo (which wasn't as good at all) and THIS one took its place and outshined it by a mile. It's compact, sleek, and I love using it. I force myself to clamp it to my music bin when I'm done so I don't lose it like the other one. Oh yeah, I actually found the original after this one came in the mail, but I don't regret buying it even now! It's wonderful to use and hey, who knows when you might need a spare capo to share with your neighbors? It clamps hard over the strings and provides a clean sound that doesn't BUUUZZZZZ all the time. Great buy, great capo, great life.

I’ve used them for many years and they last for many years. They have several different colors too, if that’s your thing.

This is the best capo -- you'd think the concept is so simple that you can't get it wrong, but alas. I had originally bought one made by Martin and regretted it. That one, for some reason, did not open wide enough for me to have it above all the strings at once before clamping it down. This one opens wide, and holds tight. And WOW is it gorgeous! I know I will own it for decades and if it should ever break, I'll be back to buy another Kyser for absolute sure!!

Not the cheapest capo available but probably the best. Some others I’ve tried don’t have the clamp strength to prevent string buzz on the first or second fret. Not a problem with this one. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more so you never have to worry about it again.

This is definitely what you’re looking for! Thought I might try and cheap out on the capo and go with the Amazon basics, but unfortunately nothing beats this particular brand for holding down my strings. I use mammoth strings for my guitar (12 gauge on the E), and as a regular gigging musician this works very well.

It is a bit small to handle even for my average size hands (not too large, not too small). Otherwise it looks cool and, most importantly, it renders a gorilla grip! Once in place, no buzzing whatsoever, so no need to fiddle around to find that sweet spot. Had it been just a tat larger, it would have been perfect,
