My shower head still performs excellently every time. Note: just like any other valuable product you own, you must take care of them. periodically detach and clean it with baking soda and some vinegar. This will remove all of the build up from tap water and restore flow. LED still shines. Now thats a good product. Buy it or don't, I DON'T CARE lol

This is shower head has been so great!! The LED light at the top lights up the room to where you don't need your annoyingly bright light for the bathroom. Perfect for having a relaxing shower experience. The shower head can be a tab bit noisy but it's not that bad. The water flow is not that powerful but if you want a near perfect rainfall experience then your in the right spot! I would recommend the Delta Faucet extender for this so you can prop it up higher so you can let gravity do the rest, power-wise! One major problem with this product...you'll never want to get out of the shower!!

I purchased one of these back in 2015, and really liked the product. In fact, I still use it and love it. So much that when I moved recently I wanted to put these in all of the bathrooms.I purchased a second shower head a few weeks ago, and was disappointed to find that the ball joint that allows the showerhead position to be adjustable was completely loose and would not tighten. I figured this was a fluke, so I returned it to exchange for a replacement.The SECOND shower head had the same issue, meaning the head only points straight down. I contacted Amazon customer service, and they recommended that I order a brand new one to ensure that it would not be faulty.The THIRD brand new shower head arrived with the SAME PROBLEM. 3/3 useless broken shower heads. I have tried emailing the manufacturer, and calling them everyday (including leaving 2 messages) but NO ONE EVER ANSWERS and it goes to an automated voicemail system.I get that theres a probability to receive a faulty product every so often, but to have it happen 3 times in a row speaks to the quality of this shower head. Three months later, and still no word from the company. These should be removed from amazon. DO NOT waste your time.

I loved the shower head but OMGOODNESS the screeching is completely intolerable. Why is it doing this?!!

This shower head is great overall. The wide stream is gentle and relaxing. The colored LED lighting is a quick and easy way to identify water temperature and the readout is handy to get a better idea of your preferred water temperature.What I don't like about this product is the quality of the readout. It requires the user to look at it directly to be able to read it. This means that the water is spraying directly at your face as you attempt to read it. It can be read without spraying water in your eyes but it's an uncomfortable angle to assume which makes it very inconvenient. Another minor issue is a mild whistle or squeal that is generated as the water runs. It's very similar to the sound that some water lines make while in use so it's almost negligible in my opinion but it's worth noting, nonetheless.Finally, I am disappointed by my shower head's durability. For roughly three months, it worked flawlessly. After three months, it developed an issue where it would squeal loudly for a few seconds, intermittently, during a shower. Within the last week (after about six months of ownership), the squeal is much more persistent and I suspect will be permanent soon. It's far too annoying to continue using and will need to be replaced. While I believe I'm just unfortunate in receiving a defective sample, I'm not sure whether warranty replacement will be offered. I'll update my review if/when I find out more.

Love it! I took a chance on this because I liked the wand but needed to replace my whole shower setup so I got the Fan also with a 3-way switch. I wasn't real sure about getting a digital shower but I am very happy I did. It didn't take very long to set them all up. Maybe 10 min.The sensors work great and look even better. The wand reads differently than the fan at first because the water travel further and has to warm up the hose. It's pretty handy to know what temperatures I prefer so I can set the shower just right. It's also helpful when giving the pets showers since they require different temps.Best part is all together I am really happy with the look. Its classy and wasn't extremely expensive. Would buy again for sure.
