I use this as the first stage filter in a two stage system. The second is a carbon center filter that removes chlorine. I change both out every two months and change the UV lamp once a year.

Got this and filter was damaged could not find way to contact seller. Not sure if I can use this how it is or not? If this is figured out I will change rating. Looks to be a 4 or 5 rating if it was not damaged.

I think it does it’s job, our water has visually improved but still not great. I honestly don’t think that’s the filters fault though.
