Works for 144hz monitor
Had a monitor that doesnt support 144hz through HDMI but got a new graphics card that doest have a DVI slot. By far the cheapest adapter that works for 144hz monitors.

Works with Korean QNIX QX2710 (1440p 60 Hz)
I bought this to get my Korean QNIX QX2710 monitor (dual link DVI only input) working with a new GPU. It works completely fine, no issues. Note I'm not overclocking the monitor any more (got fed up of having to redo it after driver updates) so to confirm this is working fine at 60 Hz 1440p.

Supports 1920x1080 at 144Hz (DRM issues, however)
Happy to report that I don't have to get rid of my Asus VG278HE or have it running at a paltry 60Hz via HDMI.This lovely little device does indeed permit 144Hz at 1920x1080.An absolute life-saver!Update: There seems to be DRM issues (I assume HDCP) when trying to watch DRM-protected content on Google Play or Amazon Prime.Really annoying. Unsure if this is simply a constant issue when using an adapter like this, or if it's a specific incompatibility with this one. After asking around, it seems to be a universal issue with these kinds of adapters. Let there be a lesson: DRM IS ANTI-CONSUMER, ALWAYS HAS BEEN AND ALWAYS WILL BE.It's a 'small' issue--I generally watch content on my TV and not my PC, but it's still annoying. Otherwise the converter works perfectly--no other issues whatsoever.

Great
Works great on a old BenQ XL2411Z, 144hz via DVI>DP on my RTX 3060 TI

Doesn’t work
144hz isn’t supported for me, might be just me or something but 144hz shows up but it keeps showing this up and is quite blurry

1080p @ 144Hz
Does what I need it to do. I've a 1080Ti with the Display Port out plugged into this and the DVI plugged into my 144HZ 1080p screen.

A promising product that isn't fit for purpose
It really does baffle me why the tech industry has made it so difficult to use dual link DVI monitors with modern hardware. Active adapters for dual link connections appear to be both rare and extremely expensive. When I came across this particular product it sounded great and I was impressed at the price. It was therefore a real shame that this product didn't turn out to work for me. I was genuinely surprised actually, as after a quick search on the company's website it immediately inspired me with confidence. I'll elaborate more below. The product itself was very well constructed, and fixtures for all connectors were firm when plugged in. The product was well packaged and presented too. I had the DisplayPort + USB plugged into my Lenovo laptop and the DVI-D cable (a high quality 2m Lindy cable with gold connectors) into my Dell monitor. I encountered issues as soon as it was plugged in. The monitor initially turned on saying it had no signal, then the image sporadically flashed on and off. During the rare occasions when the image stayed on the screen the image was indeed 2560 x 1440 in resolution @ 60hz, however the colours were a little washed out and white pixel dots kept flashing all over the screen.I didn't want to throw the towel in just yet so I decided to unplug the adaptor from my laptop and plug it into my Nvidia 3000 series GPU and use a USB 3.0 port on the IO. I had exactly the same experience with this too - no signal messages, images flashing on and off, and white pixel dots everywhere (on the odd occasion where an image was sustained for more than a few seconds).I really don't want to have to fork out £100+ on the StarTech adapter but it seems like I'm going to need to after my experience with this one. A genuine shame as the product really does look and feel the part and I thought I would be able to save a lot of money. I cannot recommend this product from my own experience.

Ottimo
Funziona a dovere, preso a 38 euro.

Works great 1080p 144Hz!
Really wanted to use an old monitor with a newer model videocard and it worked like a charm! Straight out of the box. Great value
