Painted Steel, not Stainless Steel
In the photos the wash stand looks identical to our old one which is constructed from stainless steel tube and wire. Once we opened the package we realized that the photo is different than the item that was shipped. The wash stand is steel and painted with metallic grey paint.

This is so useful for drying delicates and hand knits. Really glad I got it. To block a sweater I just lay a towel across the rack so it's evenly supported.

I like the big size of the product, but the quality is not great. It is too loud and not very comfotable to fold or unfold.
