I got this book after going to one of stilly' 3 day seminars. It changed my life!!! I'm so incredibly grateful for the simplicity of his methods and the ease it gave me to take the steps to apply them to my life! I always seemTo never finish books when they are too long. I start the self help book then get distracted along the way or overwhelmed by them. But with this book as well as I have two of Tolly's others... I can read through them section by section stopping to really apply and consider the topics and then go re-read it again.I couldn't recommend enough this book or his others if you are looking for the help and ease for a new more positive way of life :))

This book was good but not great.Tolly is one of the world's foremost experts on transformational events, fire walking, glass walking, brick breaking etc. I hoped that this book would be more of a review of the techniques and how they work rather than talking about his own transformation as a result of learning the techniques.The book is good because he does a wonderful job explaining the resistance and fears that most people have to any major transformational event. He talks about his own experiences and overcoming his own fears.Overall I thought the book was good but incomplete in some areas.

I would recommend this book to anyone who has ever had the thought that there must be more to life than the life you are currently living. The book is a simple read providing thought provoking, life changing skills learned by practicing simple exercises. One step at a time walked in full faith is all it takes to make it across a bed of hot coals. This book could be the first step. Loved it.

Tolly Burkan is a man on a purpose...his mission is to demonstrate to all of us that living small benefits no one and living with Extreme Spirituality benefits all. Next to actually firewalking, this book can assist the reader ii questioning their beliefs about fear and what is holding them back in life. Book was a challenging depiction of how to alter your outlook on life and others. However, book doesn't describe or teach how to perform the extreme methods listed: breaking arrows, firewalking, and so on, seems they want to force you to spend money on their seminars instead, so while the book was a good read, it fails to deliver what was promised.

This is a very rare book. I was so happy when I found it on Amazon and extremely satisfied after reading the book.The book is very well written and you can feel what the author was feeling just by reading each story.

I wanted data on the firewalk and it gave me good information.Spirituality however cannot be taught. It's innate to us.

So easy to read and so impactful. Mindful consciousness and our ability to choose how we experience life is the essence of happiness. A joy to be reminded of that before I Firewalk this weekend with Firewalking UK
