I amm not sure this was my listing, my item was listed as follows: Order TotalsItems total: $59.98Shipping total: $4.99Grand total: $64.97This item has sold I hope you are able to find another listing at the $39.99 price but I believe I was the cheapest at the above price point.

Q: what is the difference between the 75097 and the 75056 advent calendars? One says building kit, the other doesn't and is more expensive

They are both building kits from Lego. 75097 is new for this year. Differences are of course figurines for each advent day are updated each year. Price is based on availability.
