Absolute Kingdom Come (New Edition) Hardcover – Illustrated, 16 October 2018

The art by Alex ross is phenomenal and story is just splendid. I can't really go into any details without spoiling the story but I'll say this that no DC fan should be without this book.

This book deserves the Absolute treatment and I got my hands on it ASAP and it is indeed euphoric reading Alex Ross' magnum opus in this beautiful format. I own the TPB and have gifted someone the Deluxe HC, but the uniqueness and beauty of Ross' art is much more appreciable here.

Had to buy this twice to get a decent copy.First with u-Read store which was terrible. The price was lowest of all sellers which became clear why later when I received it. It wasn't sealed copy. The slipcase was damaged with bad dents at pretty much every corner and scratches. Not a surprise if you are going to ship in flimsy paper packing without any bubblewrap or corrugated material. I returned it immediately and got a refund.Second was with Trans Infopreneur Inc. It wasn't a sealed copy this time around either but the packing was on point. The slipcase had one minor dent but luckily no scratches. And considering the price it is something I can live with.The graphic novel itself is a masterpiece. I don't think that needs to be said.
