My husband had treatment for prostate cancer which left him with some bladder control issues. He absolutely refused to "wear a diaper" and said he'd rather just die and get it over with if that was the only solution. I found these, and his life instantly changed for the better. Since they are washable, and look more or less like the underwear he usually wears, they were perfectly acceptable to him, and they work beautifully. No problems at all since he's been wearing these, and we are both quite pleased we found them.

They are good enough that I can go places and not worry too much and that's good and I bought some more of them. But they are "waterproof" which also means that crotch sweat does not evaporate, so that area gets moist even without leakage.

Been using this brand since my cancer surgery in 2000. They are MUCH BETTER then anything I tried and are comfortable ............

I like them and have to have them. I would given them higher marks except they don't keep the moisture from soaking through and wetting my trousers but they keep the moisture away from my body parts.

Does the "job" without a leakage>
