Does the usual water filter action satisfactorily. A major bonus was the one year's supply of 90-day cartridges. Well-made. I'm hoping the lift-up water filler cover might help to avoid limescale build-up. With the filters, it is a well-priced item.

Simple to assemble, suggest you follow the instructions for the water filter and there's spare ones too. Been using this for about 2 weeks, saves on buying bottled water and that's great for less recycling of plastic bottles too. Definitely worth purchasing for use at home, takes out the impurities, so glad I have purchased.

I used to use bottled water because I can't stand the taste of tap water, but that's in the past since I bought this jug. The water tastes every bit as good as bottled, no hint of anything in it at all, which I find amazing considering how fast the water passes through the cartridge. Each cartridge lasts 3 months & the water tastes just as good when its due to be changed. There is a count down of days from 90 on the handle of the jug, so its easy to know when to change the cartridge. Its very easy to fill & to change the cartridge. The only down side for me is that I found it difficult to get replacement cartridges at the end of the year. I did get some eventually, so I'm OK for another year now. I would definitely recommend this jug.

This is a good and efficient way of producing filter water. The jug is well designed and easy to use and the 90 day filters is good value if it gives Good results over that time. Time will tell, at the moment the water is bright and fresh and good to drink.

Love this water filter jug, so different to other ones with the colour choice, also comes with 4 cartridges, so excellent value for money. Our tea and coffee tastes so much better now using the water filter jug, and now drinking more water, so keeping ourselves healthy too, would recommend this to anyone.

Sadly it is experiences such as these that damage buying from small businesses. While it was fairly expensive when I purchased in 2023 (£25 compared to the £15 being asked for now which says something about it being something of a white elephant after you run out of the cartridge) I was attracted to the fact that each cartridge lasts for 90 days. However now that I have finally run out of refills I am unable to purchase any. They are unavailable and by all accounts discontinued. So it is a useless item that is not worth buying now. The lesson of this experience is that novel items like this that break the dominance of the market leaders like Brita etc, can't stay the course and you get left with their failure. It was great while it lasted. But I think I will return to tap water. The need to put in new refill cartridges every month as is the case with all the water jug filters that are available is one chore too many compared to the attraction of every three months. But I suppose it was too good to be true as I have now discovered. So if you want to avoid disappointment consider this review part of the small print for this sale that Amazon and the seller has not even bothered to provide. I LOVE this jug and the fact that it fits into my fridge in the door. I also like that the filters last up to 90 days so need to order new ones. The water tastes much better. A bit disappointed that i can't get the new filters. Been out of stock for a while now!
