This pan does exactly what it's intended for - makes great Dutch Baby Pancakes. They are very easy to make and the varieties are endless; Our first batch was done with blueberries and topped with fresh whipped cream and honey - delicious.I didn't experience any of the problems other reviewers had. I didn't have any problems with the pancakes rising to the top of the pan; could be a function of the recipe. Also, the non-stick surface worked perfectly - the pancakes slid right out of the pan onto a serving plate; no utensils were needed, so I didn't experience any of the scratching that other reviewers reported.If you want to make dutch baby pancakes, I recommend this pan.

Worked well for dutch baby pancakes but after only 6 uses, the coating bubbled and peeled making it useless. Unfortunately it was out of the return window.

Great Pan! I have made tons of German pancakes on it already. Its important to follow the instructions/recipe. You NEVER need to use any utensil/spatula on this pan if you properly butter it. Once the pancake is done, I use one mitten to pull the pancake off the pan and onto a plate. After that its so simple to wipe it down with a damp cloth/paper towel. Then its ready for the next pancake. Wife is super happy!

Item was exactly as described - my wife loves to make dutch baby pancakes and swears by this pan. The only complaint is that the non-stick coating doesn't last, so we wind up replacing the pan every year or so (with the exact same pan).

I had an old Oven Pancake Pan that I have been using for many years, but a little of the non-stick or "teflon" coating was coming off, so this pan, which looks just like it, fits the bill exactly to replace my old one, and I also gave three or four as gifts. Pancakes come out beautifully and are delicious, there is a recipe included, and the price was right!!!

Be careful how you store this item. It scratches easily. Once it gets even a tiny little scratch, the pancake sticks badly. This happened to my first dutch baby pan, but I liked how it worked so much that I purchased another one.
