I have had two knee surgeries, so running always comes with a little pain from my knee. My orthopedic surgeon said my next knee surgery will be a full knee replacement. But I continue to run regardless of what will happen in the future. For knee support I normally go with a compression sleeve, and they do help but fail in comparison to this knee brace. When I first started wearing the brace I thought that it would be a little uncomfortable and I wasn't sure how the support would be. Every time I wear this brace, my knee does not hurt at all. I am amazed. I normally run a 5K at least 3 times per week, again with no pain. I wanted to see how it would feel if I went a little longer so I ran a 10K with no pain at all. I am sold on this knee brace and I will purchase another couple here in the future. Everyone is different and you may not have the same results that I have had, but this knee brace has been a life saver for me.

It's good so far I have to give 3 stars for now it was sticking me the first day in the back I may have put straps wrong but it holds whatever pain you have and stabilizes pretty good , just the strap part was uncomfortable I'll see a month from now

I’ve tried many knee braces and, for the price, this is a great brace. I’m an avid snowboarder and this brace took a lot of pressure off of my bad knee during my day. Usually I’m limping after a day on the mountain, but the brace did a great job and I felt much less pain at the end of the day. It’s not a medical grade brace, but I would 100% recommend this brace as it works and it is a great price.

I'm 5'2" and 115lbs. This brace is difficult to get a firm fit around my leg. It does have a lot of support but does not stay in place for very long. It would be great if it came in a smaller size. "One size fits all" doesn't work for me.

I have gone through 3 or 4 different (and generally more complicated and expensive) knee braces, and these have worked best by far for me. It is a very simple design - so easy and easy off - and the Velcro really holds. My knee cap is held very stationary. The ties do not pinch my skin and the brace does not make my leg feel like it is in a cast! I use the brace for very active court sports, and I have never had to remove to adjust the positioning back into place. I am definitely looking for this brand the next time I need a brace.

While I doubt that one size fits all, this Berter knee brace did fit me, and it is the best knee brace I have ever used. It's large on my short leg, but that's okay since it stays put and it's comfortable. Mostly I've worn it over thermals and jeans, though, but wore it on my bare leg yesterday, and it still was comfortable. At first, I was confused about how to strap the side straps, but discovered you basically do them in the way that helps strengthen your knee the most. Some days the brace works better than other days, but it still always helps more than any other brace I have ever tried. I quickly ordered a second one, too, so I could have one for both knees when I felt I needed to wear two.

This is a nice brace that helps the knee not to give out all day. The straps that wrap around sometimes get in the way of the other strap going around the other way, but the brace is very helpful.

This is a bit less expensive than the Ace brand but what I like more is the more user friendly design so that it isn't as complicated in installing than the Ace one(though the latter fits just fine one manages to get it installed). And this is what I need to protect against soreness where I had surgery for a meniscal tear some years ago and also pain when my knees are on the ground, like due to a torn ligament on the right side of the right knee.
