Change in recipe???
I have been buying this product for my 2 dogs since they were little as they are allergic to chicken. They have ALWAYS looked forward to them and they have been amazing for their dental health- UNTIL RECENTLY. They now arrive so hard that my 8 year old, 70 lb pitbull/boxer mixes can’t bite into them. The expiration date on those I was most currently trying to use was 2027 so they are not old. I spoke with the company who apologized but said it must be an issue with my dogs. Have needed to discontinue my subscription and now soaking what I have in beef bone broth in an attempt to salvage those I have already purchased and not just trash a sizable investment as these are not cheap treats. BEYOND disappointed

The box was delivered correctly in good condition but the contents inside the box was torn open on both sides

Causes colitis in dogs
Both my dogs loved this bone, but unfortunately both ended up with bloody stools and colitis and would not eat for a week. It has been a nightmare and a very expensive lesson learned. DO NOT give this to your dogs under any circumstances!

Moldy
I have bought these for years because my dog loves them. The last bag I got is covered in white powdery moldy looking substance. And they stink! Smells like mildew! Can’t return so I bought a second bag and they are the same!! I am not feeding these to my dog! Come on Amazon.com services! This is unacceptable 😡

Why did you change the recipe in these treats?
When I first bought these a few years ago they were a light brown color and my dog loved them but in the past year they have done something different to them and she no longer wants them they are more of a dark color now seems to me that they are putting more coloring and flavor in them making them too strong in flavor. I have read many reviews regarding this and many people are unhappy with the change. So Nyla bone go back a few years and bring back the old recipe. That would please everyone.

DIFFERENT BATCHES - DARK TO LIGHT BROWN
I purchased this item twice, the pieces were a very dark brown as they should be, showing that they are prepared heavily with the "flavor". I just ordered a new back and they were essentially "tan"= less flavor. My dogs are turning them away. These types of products have always had batch to batch differences, but this was REALLY obvious.

Too hard to chew
This is the second box I have received from Amazon and I am really disappointed. I requested another box because the first one was so hard my 15 lb. Bichon/poodle mix could not chew them. I thought maybe they were out of date. The second box I received is the same way. He can not chew them. I have purchased them from a local store before and he has not had a problem with them. I will not try them again .

Do not buy!
These are not the regular size I buy from chewy! They are half the size! My dog can’t hold them with her paws, I have always bought this size from chewy but they ran out BUYER beware these are the tiny ones not advertised correctly!
