customer service are BRILLIANT
this is my second set of Sannce cctv and i was very happy with the 1st set , but the dvr stopped working one day so i bought a second upgraded set,now bizarrely the the second set of cameras are not compatible with the first ( a shame because i had some cameras that are hard to get to )my first interaction with customer service and they were brilliant and helpfulthen i had a problem sorting out the order of the cameras again customer service were helpful and FAST replyingThese cameras are better quality than the first but lacking some features i liked with the first set eg zooming in with live footage , but nothing that is a deal breakerall in all its a nice system and superb customer service

Ease of installation
The camera was not recognised by the nvr (model N48PBE2T) and although it probably only required a firmware patch (having tried all options on the Sannce website) there is no working link that I can find so have to return the cameras. Please make aware that this may be a problem for others wishing to install extra cameras on that model.

Good product.
I had issue with pairing cameras with NVR. I had contacted with support sannce team and issue been solved. Thanks for professional job and solution. Specially for Olivia from support team. Well done .I have got my new cameras. 4 new cameras been sent me free by support team. Good quality .

Waterproof - NOT ! :(
The Cameras are ok ! until, you get rain ! then, they "pack in" - had (2nd pack) now, STILL get same ! (IPC Disconnect) ! "camera needs replacing !!! :(If Indoor use only then OK, putting outside - Think Not !Spoke too Sannce about it, reviewing situation !

Excellent quality
Both the replacements installed in same place as older cameras with no issues. Good image quality both day and with i.r at night. Linked to p.o.e and recorder without issue.
