My wife saw a Facebook ad for one of these and joked that she was going to get it for me... I went on Amazon and actually bought it as kind of a gag. I didn't see how it could possibly stay in place and be comfortable, but it actually holds up pretty good and wasn't terribly bad for the hour or so that I have worn it at a time. Don't know if it would work for all day wear but for a fun night it actually works great. I will say that the pouch isn't the roomiest thing ever, but it gets the job done if you position everything just right. All in all, it worked much better than I thought it would, and the wife likes it, so that's a win in my book!

I love the uniqueness of these. The pouch is soft but is on the smaller side and the back is not uncomfortable.

ring is way oversize unless your well well endowed. I wore the metal ring just around my boys to keep them down. took a bit of getting used to as I've never worn a C string before, but my wife thinks its very sexy.
