Very bright but is far from 6" long. It's more like 8.5" with the brackets and 7.5 without. The glass is 6"

Throws put a decent amount of light but packaging was ...
Throws put a decent amount of light but packaging was aweful. Box was way to small and the mount brackets scratched and dented both light bars. Very upset since it was a last second Christmas idea.
