I hsve been taking these for a couple of weeks and I reallhy think I have already seen some improvement in skin texture in that it is softer and more subtle. I think these long term are realy gonna do the trick and will buy again!

Unclear Instructions
I've been using this product for a little over a week now. I chose this one over all of the others because it also contains 100% RDA of some beneficial vitamins which are useful to prevent the signs of aging. This doesn't cause any stomach aches or bad aftertaste for me. I take one gelcap in the morning and one in the afternoon. Only four stars because the instructions on how many to take are a little unclear. The label recommends one per day, yet the serving size is two per day. I'm honestly not sure how many I'm supposed to take, which is why I take them at separate times. If they could fix the label to make the instructions a little clearer, I would probably give them the extra star. I might order this again, if nothing similar catches my eye, just because I don't like not knowing exactly how much I'm ingesting.

Helps with dry skin issues
I've been taking Phytoceramides for awhile now. I do like trying out different brands and different types of sources for Phytoceramides. I'm not sure what source Boca Naturals is using, but so far this formulas seems to work really well. It does have other Vitamins added to it which can be a pro or a con depending if you take other supplements. Whenever I take Phytoceramides regularly, I do feel a difference in my skin quality. My skin doesn't feel dry and parched and doesn't get easily irritated by the cold. I like that this brand offers 90 capsules in each bottle which is good enough for 3 months use. As directed, always take this with 8 oz of water. Overall, I like this product. I purchased this on a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.

Results are good!
I work out and surf all the time and I always want to improve the look and health of my skin. After using Phytoceramides I'm definitely seeing visible results.
