BLACKHAWK American Flag Patch Subdued Coyote Tan

Excellent velcro US flag patch in desert/cayote tan color. I purchased it for my black tactical SF cap. Sometimes, I placed it on my Condor Phantom softshell jacket on the arm. It is very patriotic wearing it & it honors those who have fallen before.

The patch I ordered was black/tan. When it arrived it was great quality but was actually more copper/black instead of what was pictured. Would be five stars if I received what I ordered.

When you see someone wearing this on a contractor cap, you have a good idea what they're about. Same here. Blackhawk makes quality products, and this patch is one of them. Nice.

I ordered a charging flag. What I received was a regular flag. Very disappointed!

It's an American flag patch. That in itself is all the awesomeness you need. Quality is high, I've had it on my 5.11 Daypack for a couple of months now.

I haven't been able to figure out a way to contact the seller. I thought I was ordering a reverse flag (to be worn on my right shoulder), also known as a charging flag, which is the one pictured. What I received however is a regular flag, similar to what's pictured, but unfortunately it is not subdued like a couple of others have written reviews about. I am bummed. I definitely need the tan reverse/charging flag and needed it by this weekend, I even paid for overnight shipping on prime (at least that's cheaper). I still don't have what I need. Is there a way to rectify this?
