Coffee and other drinks nitroed up! (Gas cartridges sold separately!!!)
Have to say this is a really great product. Well crafted and hefty, its literally is a mini keg. There are plenty of spare parts (orings and tubes) which I appreciated very much. On the downside, it does NOT come with any gas cartridges. The ones Amazon recommended I buy were 16g, so be sure to buy 8g ones, or if buying straight Nitrogen cartridges, ones listed at 2g. I bought and used the following ones for whip cream and they were great. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002DRX9OW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Note that the cartridge is a one and done usage. i.e. once loaded, you cannot open/refill or reuse. So be ready to have to reload the gas if you are reloading the keg. With that, I have used it both for coffee (cold brew from starbucks) and for beer (stouts). For coffee, I have not tried to make my own, but the cold brew can + the equivalent in water turned out really good. Was able to get the cascading effect and the flavor was not bad. Want to try brewing my own as well as playing around with ratios for taste, but it did a great job. I have heard of others adding milk/creamer to the keg too, but I don't plan on doing that, feels like it would require some deep cleaning after adding milk. For beer, I had a 6 pack of a heavy stout lying around and realized it was somewhat low carbonated, I figured what the heck and gave it a try. It may not be what you are supposed to do with the keg or beer, but it was fun, and added a neat creamy element to the beer. I definitely will be doing that again, perhaps with a local breweries nitro beer (they are loathe to sell it because the gas runs out, but I figure it will turn out great it I add the gas to it at home! Note that you can get canisters of gas for N2O, N2, and CO2. N2O is what I used (think whip cream gas) and it did the job. I do want to try N2 as some purists say it taste better and/or adds a better foam. lastly, CO2 is more for beer and perhaps home brewing. I don't see myself doing this anytime soon as it goes above and beyond what I want this for, also, not sure its safe to do CO2 in this device. Still, some more adventurous brewers and tasters may want to give it a shot, but I would be careful. All in all, this this is awesome, really fun to use, and adds a neat element to stout beers and coffee. I am planning to make a batch of coffee for this weekly for me and my family to enjoy. Highly recommend this product, just don't forget to buy the gas!

Great addition for coffee lovers!
My daughters love going to Starbucks or Dunkin for a special coffee so I knew this cold brew machine would be the perfect surprise for them. They machine came neatly packaged with clear instructions. We quickly washed it and put it together but were disappointed when we had to order the co2 cartridges to actually make our cold brew. Once our cold brew concentrate and co2 cartridges arrived we immediately made our first brew. The instructions were easily to follow and the coffee tasted great only we could never really get much of the “foam” topping. I did read other reviews about 2 different types of co2 cartridges so I will order the whip cream type to see if we get more foam. The flavor of our cold brew was delicious! Everyone who sampled it said it taste exactly like Starbucks!! This is definitely a fun toy if you enjoy coffee. It’s takes a little bit of time (chilling time in the fridge) but it’s worth the wait!

Drippy but works well overall
Overall works really well and is a great compromise of size for a single person or a couple that aren’t huge coffee drinkers. This size fills about 4 glasses before needing refilled. My only complaint is that the screw top is a bit hard to get off, because there’s not a good place to grab it, and the nozzle drips quite a bit after use. It comes with a small rubber cup-type thing to place over the nozzle, but this doesn’t really do much to solve the issue - because it fills up with liquid and then you have to be super careful to uh-stick it from the nozzle to avoid squirting old coffee everywhere. Overall for the price I think it’s a really solid option, I use a paper towel to dry off the nozzle tip before placing it back in my fridge.

The Perfect Pour
I have been enjoying my cold brew for some time and was a regular at Starbucks and enjoyed the nitro cold brew for the rich creamy texture. So during the pandemic quarantine I started to brew my own cokd brew, which was stupid easy. So I then went on the hunt to take my cold brew to the next level and see if I could get that same enjoyment of watching that golden cascade of nitrogen bubbles in anticipation of that first sip. I found it here check the video. Build quality: solid well built. Easy of use: easy, but read the manual and watch a few videos. Result: legit nitro cold brew at home. Tip: only fill 75% (1.5L) and use 2 nitrogen only (2g) cartridges per batch to get the fine gas bubbles, N2O (whip cream cartridges) will be more like soda bubbles. Enjoy.

Nice setup, poor execution--it leaks and has sharp edges
The draught head leaks nitro when you charge it will two 10g N2 cartridges, which you have to do for the volume of the keg in order to push the fluid. The draught nozzle also drips. The traditional-looking keg handles on the side are really the only thing to hold/anchor by when installing the draught head and there is sharp metal on the insides of both--I have made six batches or leaky nitro cold brew and today i sliced a finger on each hand. The draught head also come loose on the cap so it constantly has to be tightened and their tool is a good idea, but poor in execution as it will probably round the head of the nut because it doesn't fit correctly--it's 1/2" and my socket set does this better. I just wish it didn't leak.

Good quality and easy to use!
If you are a coffee lover and especially are into cold and nitro brew, this is a great product to have at home. I usually prepare it the night before and place in the fridge for it to be ready to go first thing in the morning. Saving me a trip to the coffee shop. I have also experimented with pouring in milk and chocolate milk to create a more dessert type of drink and it worked surprisingly well. Only downside is having to clean it on a regular basis, but that comes with the territory.
