Top Quality Replacement Bulb!
I purchased this to replace the bulb on an inflatable cervical collar and it's definitely a higher quality than the original. I particularly like that it's slightly bigger and the bulb is made out a very pliable, smooth latex material (by comparison the original was thicker, less pliable and had cracked). The valve works perfectly to inflate and/or release air with absolutely no leakage. When I installed the new bulb I noticed that the tubing seemed a bit stretched so I cut off about a third of an inch which resulted in a nice tight fit.

Not dissapionted
This one cost more money than the other ones on Amazon. Glad we bought it because it was like the original pump bulb and worked the same as the original.I almost bought the other types that offered three pump bulbs for the price of one of these. I really doubt they would have been as good as this one.I need another one and I will buy this same pump bulb again.

Comfortable but not great
Bought this replacement bulb because the style is more comfortable to use and easier to inflate. That said, the air release valve is terrible. I don't know if mine was just defective or what, but it's next to impossible to slowly deflate air in the cuff. You loosen the valve, no air release...continue to slowly loosen it, still nothing...loosen it a little bit more, then all of a sudden 30-40 mmHg of air gets shot out. Needless to say, I'm putting back on my old bulb. It's comfortable to use and inflates easily which is why I'm not giving it 1 star, but I won't be buying it again.

It works
I ordered it for a bit of off label use. I have an inflatable wedge that I use when unlocking vehicles. This bulb was a replacement for the one that came with the wedge. This works well but when I hit higher pressures it tends to pop off. Not blaming the manufacturer as I am using it for a purpose they had not designed it for. It does have a quality feel and seems to be better than the bulb I replaced.
