DELICIOUS! We're amazed!!!
Absolutely DELICIOUS! We made one of our friends who has to eat gluten-free cry they were so good. And they were as easy to prepare and make as other matzo balls from a matzo ball mix. We ate all of them—and most of us didn't need the gluten-free variety! Delicious. Absolutely impressed. Cannot recommend enough!

Taste Delicious and Can't tell They're Gluten Free
I've used these on the past three Passover seders for large family gatherings and nobody can tell the difference from the standard matzo ball mix. No compromise and prep is the same. So if you need gluten free, no worries!

You'd never know the difference!
These taste exactly like matzo balls made with gluten! They're delicious and my guests who avoid gluten can enjoy our soup along with everyone else. Highly recommend!

Gluten free
When I can’t find the gluten free matzo ball mix in the store I buy it from Amazon. Easy to make. I freeze unused portions. Add the frozen matzo balls to broth. 10 - 15 minutes later……a yummy soup.

Yummmm
I have always loved Matzos and are so glad you have this in gluten free . When I prepare the mix I cool them in the fridge for more than 15 minutes and make them smaller sized. I have been under the weather and add fresh steamed vegies, chopped cooked chicken and bone broth after I cook the balls. Very nutritious and soothing when you have a cold or just in general. Just make sure after you boil the Matzo balls you remove them from the water carefully with a slotted spoon on the side in a separate bowl. I use the water to add ingredients then the matzos in my soup bowl. It's a bit more time consuming but worth it in the end. The Matzos are a bit salty so I don't have to add much salt to the soup.

Terrible - save your money.
If I could give it a "0" I would have. I thought it was something I did because the inside was seemed uncooked. I gave a box to my son who makes delicious matzo balls from scratch. He told me the finished product was not editable. I then cooked the last box mix longer and the middle of the matzo ball was like a sponge.

Very Good
These might be better than regular dumplings.
