I've been on the search for a military style jacket like this. Something I can wear when it's cool enough to wear a jacket but not freezing cold.As a tall person, I really love the length. I've had other coats that fit me practically like crop tops so this was a nice alternative to regular length coats.I'm normally a size Large but I've always gone a size up on coats no matter what. According to the reviews it also looked like what I should do. And it fits great. The arms are a little snug but it's still comfortable.This coat is great for 40 to 60 degree weather days. It was exactly what I was looking for not only in style but the type of coat to wear temperature wise.There are many coats like this online but this was likely the best pick out of them all. The item also was delivered quicker than anticipated. I highly recommend.

I’m so glad I read the reviews on sizing. I usually wear medium shirts, but but more large being post partum for comfort. I ordered a XL- I’m 5’10” 170lbs. It fits perfectly. The quality is great considering the price! It’s thick and durable, has button closures and zippers. I like the adjustable bottom and waste. A great fall fall to winter transition coat.

Beautiful coat and it fits great! I purchased a size XL. I normally wear a size 12, 38D.

Just received this and was pleasantly surprised. Very nice classic looking casual lightweight coat for warmer climates. Possible to layer a thin sweater underneath with no problem. I would usually wear a medium but I like to wear a large for a baggier fit. I ordered the large and it was just perfect not baggy... Trim but just right. Also like that it looked substantial and not cheap. Thank God finally a coat that wasn't cheap looking and covers my behind... with my pockets... now I will be very careful and wash it in cold water and hang dry...

After reading other reviews I ordered the XL. You can see I’m not a large body type but I do have broad shoulders. Other reviews were correct about being tight in the arm pit/shoulder area. The XL is a bit on the snug side but it’s for cool weather not winter and I wouldn’t be wearing bulky sweaters or layers under it so it will work. It’s soft and flexible…very comfortable when I was running several errands today getting in and out of the car and driving. Just the casual jacket I wanted for Spring and Fall. (I wanted the blush pink one but that one shipped from China. I’ve learned my lesson about anything that doesn’t say shipped by Amazon because doing returns with them is a nightmare and requires phone calls to Amazon to get it resolved. But I like the green one as well.)

This jacket/coat is high quality, and the wine-red is a beautiful rich burgundy. Because of other reviews suggesting the jacket runs small, I ordered a large and that was a good decision. I am 5’5”, weight 125 pounds, and the jacket is a bit loose which is my preference. It is also much longer than I expected. From my shoulders it measures 32 inches and hits me just above the knee. The fabric is a bit heavy which means it will be wearable in cool weather, the lining a nice taffeta, the sewing high quality. It has a hood which looks like it could be zipped into the collar. I tried to do that but still haven’t figured out how to make it happen. This doesn’t matter much to me. The sleeves are a little long and I rolled them up once. The hood can simply be unzipped and removed. There are drawstrings at the waist and around the bottom. The front closures include snaps and a zipper. I am close to knocking a star off for the poor quality zipper. It is all metal and the zip gets hung up on the teeth causing jams the whole way up to the top. However, the zipper does work. I'm happy with it. Addendum: the hood simply unzips from the jacket.

I was expecting the material to be more like a canvas (carhartt type) from the pictures. But it's a smooth, soft cotton. Which is fine, I still like it! I'm usually between a M & L and I went with the Large because I don't like tight jackets. Fits great! Cute for fall and southern "winter." The color is on the orange/brown side, which I happen to like.

This jacket is all that I was hoping for!! The material is what I would call a ‘canvas’ type cotton. It’s not thin at all. The zippers and snaps are well made and I unzipped the removable hood. It fits as expected, the ONLY place it’s not a perfect fit is in the shoulders but it’s not too tight and I would not have liked going up a size just for the shoulder area. The jacket is really cute and the perfect warmth. Two big pockets in front. Nice nylon lining. Has a drawstring in the waist area that can be adjusted to your liking. I’m very happy with this darling warm jacket!!!
