Motion detection is perfect! Super Bright and simple, super simple to install!
Motion detection is perfect! Super Bright and simple, super simple to install! I am very happy with these light, the panel feels very strong and it was under the rain several days already, I placed this one at my mother's home, she doe snot have electricity close to this specific corner of her yard and while looking to run some cables I come along this solar light!I go it in the mail and 2 hours later it was already set up! we are super happy with this light! It come with all the necessary screws to place it :)

Very bright and well made
I bought this light to use in my back yard but the cord ended up being so long that I decided to hang it inside of my shop until I can get power restored out there. (A bad storm took the shop line out last year.) It's bright enough to light up the whole large shop and the power cell lasts for hours. I'm finally able to get back out there and use this space! The whole assembly is built very solidly and seems like it will hold up well over time. It has a lot of useful options - like the motion sensor and timers - that I think I will use a lot once I move it out to the yard. It's a great option to brighten up a space where you don't already have power. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this light.

Pretty good
Good light. Good solar system. The light is plenty bright enough, I like the dimmer and different settings. Motion detection is super sensitive, if you take a deep breath within 10 feet, the light goes on. A little difficult to install, though. You have to remove the mounting bracket on both the light and solar panel to adhere to the wall or post. There are tiny nuts that are hard to get back into place once you reattach the light and panel to the mounting brackets. Just not a very well thought out design in that department. Other than that, it's a pretty darn good lightUPDATE : I purchased two of these lights. One I installed in my barn which works great. The other I installed on a light post a month later and it doesn't work at all out of the box.

Sensitive Motion Sensor
The remote is 3⅜"x a little over 1½". It operates on a CR2025 button/coin battery. Will not work through walls, double pane glass windows is abit iffy at times. The remote will work at about 20FT. away straight on.The owner's manual is written out well with a few misspelled words that are easy to figure out.The rechargeable battery used claims to be a 3.2 volt 5000 mAh / Lithium Iron phosphate - LiFePO⁴. Unable to confirm that because battery itself has no markings on it to verify that. It appear to be a 32650 size battery which should last you 4 plus years. You can turn ON the LED lights during the daylight hours too. There's really only 34 LEDs that are used for lighting, the other is just a charging light indicator LED.The back cover of the flood light is a thick ABS plastic. The front clear lens is also thick. The LED board sits upon an aluminum plate that is painted. The mounting bracket is also aluminum. Overall it appears to be a solid construction.I have the flood light mounted outside above my window the radar motion is quite sensitive in that it will detect me from "inside" my home when I walk up towards the window. The 3 hour 6 hour and 9 hour settings work correctly and you are also able to change the brightness levels on those hour modes. I basically have mine set to motion detection; 15% dim 100% brightness when motion detected. On a breezy / windy night I have noticed that this flood light will be set off "80% more often" then my other flood lights by the movement of nearby tree limbs 20ft. away. A sensitivity range adjustment setting would have been nice.Remote button (2), 4hrs. ON then goes to motion sensor mode. For the 4hrs. ON you can't change the brightness level I noticed. If you do the timer will not work. So you are stuck with 100% brightness until 4hrs past.Microwave radar sensor. I'll try to explain that in simple terms compared to regular PIR sensor that gets triggered from a temperature change. What the radar does is sends a signal wave out several times and that signal wave will bounce back off of objects, if it sees the same return signal without a change within it it will not activate the light. But if the return signal deviates/changes from the norm it's use to receiving it will then activate the light to turn on.So it relies more on the movement of mass then being triggered by a movement of a heat source.I have had this up & running for 4 months now with no problems. I am satisfy so far with product.

This is the one!!! Look no further...
I have several different kinds of lighting around my deck. Some cheapy ones and some not so cheap. This one by far is the brightest, long lasting one I have.I dont use the motion sensor, if this even has one. The solar panel has a nice 15' cord attached so you can position the light in one spot and the solar panel quite a distance away to get optimal sun. Stays on at least 8 hours a night....I go to bed after 8 hours, so it may be on until dawn, but I'm not up to see it.Easy mount as well

No motion sensing.
This light is well made heavy and bright! Many options and a huge solar panel. The problem is that the motion sensor doesn’t work. I hit button 3 like it says in the manual and i get flashing and then it goes full brightness and stays there. I can put it in a corner with nothing moving and it is just always on full brightness. It’s junk to me because of this. I need it to be a motion sensing light. Not a light light.

Good Product
Used this for my big walk in shed. Charges well and illuminates sufficiently, but I wouldn't call it bright. My only complaint is that it uses the generic radio frequency that most remote controlled LED light strips use. My neighbor has a colored set of LEDs in the backyard for parties that I believe is on the same frequency because I frequently look out the back window and see the light on in the shed when the shed is locked. It would be better if the frequency could be selected with a jumper system, like some wireless doorbells have.

ONLY working solar light I've purchased
I mounted it, and it has worked perfectly ever since. Some nights I stay awake until dawn. This thing still has battery power, still detects motion, and still throws good light. Doesnt seem any dimmer at 5 AM than at 9 PM. Motion detector works good. I have tried half a dozen different solar lights and literally none of them work, for various reasons. This one has never needed attention since I installed it 6 months ago and it still works like day 1.
