EMAX Tinyhawk 2 II RTF Kit FPV FRSKY Camera Racing Drone with Goggles and Controller for Kids and Beginners

Well, this thing awakened an insatiable desire to fly drones. I guess this is a good thing. All other projects in life are on hold until further notice.The product came fast and in perfect condition. Had no problem setting up and getting going using the instructions. No complaints, great value. I used it for a while but as I said previously, it did not take me long to buy different goggles and a radio. Don't buy this thing if you are worried you might get addicted to this cause you will.

The PERFECT drone for someone wanting to get started with FPV. Loads of fun! With $25 in spare batteries you can have an hour long flight session.The thing can take a beating too. I’ve nailed trees at max speed and bounced off to co ti is flight. Inside/outside doesn’t matter as long as the wind is less than 15-20 mph.

*UPDATE* - The seller has had a month to respond to the damaged battery pack and bad battery. Seller has not responded at all. Buy from a better rep seller.*Update 2* - Seller finally responded "Contact Emax support" That is all. they did not say sorry for my trouble, not even a contact support email. What a joke. Dont purchase from RuiSiMiTe(TianJin) I should have went elsewhere with a seller name like that.The battery case and battery looked used. the pack was warped and almost looked like it was used and over charged prior. I immediately took picture and contacted the seller but have not heard back yet. The goggles flicker EMAX and do not boot up. I ended up buying the same type battery and the goggles finally booted up. however the battery pack heats up fast so that tells me someone already used this causing the pack to arrive melted. I do not like buying new and getting used stuff. The drone works great however. I purchased a new Fatshark Scout goggle system that I use with this.If the seller contacts me back and makes this right then I will change my review. As it stands right now, I DO NOT recommend purchasing from this seller.

The drone is AWESOME!! However, the other items are a bit sub-par.The drone is a great trainer! You can bash this thing all over and it'll keep going. Though I returned it (explained below), I did end up buying the drone again by itself.The controller did have issues. Doing some research, it appears it is common. The throttle is very jittery as confirmed in BetaFlight. This makes basic things like hovering (already hard) even more difficult. The other controls were smooth. As others have also reported, the controller is a bit toy-ish. If the throttle was not jittery, I could have stuck with it, though, for the price.The goggles were a bit clumsy and I could not focus on the screen well even with the adjustments set all the way.All that said, it all worked out of the box with the exception of the jitters.

I really like this drone I like it comes equipped also with a 2s battery so you can fly outdoors. It’s also great with the 1s indoors and outdoors if it is not windy it’s a very sturdy drone just make sure to check all the screws. I’ve crashed this already a couple of times but no damage maybe just a prop falls off but they snap back in to place fairly easily. It’s quite fast as well it has lots of power with the 2 s battery in all its a good kit.

I am new to drones and needed a start up kit to get me going. Getting into drones can be very overwhelming. There is a lot to learn. This kit simplifies everything. It comes ready to fly. I really don't know how they can afford to include this much in the bundle for the low price. I shopped around, a lot. I spent a lot of time on youtube watching reviews of various first time drones for beginners. I am extremely happy with this product. In addition to the awesome beginner drone EMAX has a great support team. You will need to create a help ticket by going to their website, but this has not been an issue. I have contacted them with a few beginner issues and each time the responded quickly. They were sure to address my issues. My questions were bonehead beginner questions and they still took the time to make sure I didn't give up on this hobby due to a noob setback. Bravo for an affordable, well put together beginner kit with great customer support.

I’ve enjoyed this drone very much and it definitely has me hooked I to FPV. I gave 2 stars for two reasons however. The first being the drone randomly disconnected from the controller after a flight (no crash) as I changed the battery to fly again. Couldn’t get it to bind after walking through their manual and information online. Second reason is from the service after reaching out to the company about the problem. I stated I couldn’t connect even after trying everything they had online. Their response: go online for more information. Waste of time and terrible response. Didn’t even read my problem or did they reply to my follow-up. Sent it back and a new one arriving tomorrow. If I have the same issue again, I won’t be using this drone anymore.
