Used this in conjunction with collagen II at night for about a week for a mystery back injury. You know what I’m saying if you have any age on you. You get out of bed, turn around to made the bed, lean over and can’t get back up as easy as you got down! No reason at all and you’re stove up for days. This and the collagen II took care of it. I read about it in Built from Broken a kindle book when that happened to me. Excellent book on body mechanics, injuries etc collagen II is not meant to be taken indefinitely but Boswellia is not problem. My knees stopped creaking too. Just sayin’

My radiation oncologist put me on this for radiation necrosis in my brain. I won't know if it is working or not until I go back in August, however, I take 4 capsules (4,800 mg) per day and was surprised when I had an odd number left over when I did a reorder. I got them today and counted the 120 capsule bottle and there are 119 in the bottle, not 120. That explains why I had an odd one left in my first bottle. Besides that, my body tolerates the daily high dose of this supplement.

I didn’t really get to use the product because the seal was broken and that is the only reason I’m giving out a two stars. It’s very disappointing when you are waiting for a supplement and it’s not checked before being sent to you to ensure that the seal is not broken. Not only was the outside seal broken, but the covering under the cap was also not there.
