She does not wear it casually as it's been described you can do, she says it is not the most comfortable in that sense.However, while working out it makes you sweat.... A lot! Normally the sweat level that would take about 30 mins you probably get to in half the time! Does that make you lose weight? Well... Water weight most likely. It also has to fit well, in that it's suppose to be a tight fit so make sure you order the right size. The tight fit helps keep your body in better posture than without.It wicks away moisture from the body quite quick but it feels soaked so needs washing very often. It feels well made and so far so good looks like it will last.Overall I would recommend this to others for sure.

Horrible fit... I have long arms and despite what it says the sleeves don’t feel long enough. The back of the jacket is weird because of the way it’s made so it’s sort of baggy and tight at the same time. Isn’t anything like a compression jacket so if that’s what you’re looking for I’d choose something else. Very much doubt it would keep you warm (making you sweat and keeping you warm are too entirely different things) so I’ll be using it on cool days definitely not cold days and I’m not sure it’ll be comfortable to run in... had it not been for the fact they want to charge me to return it to them I would send it back.

The sizing is not true. I ordered 3xl i measured myself and should be bigger than that but they never had bigger option. Glad tho as it is slightly too big. So its not exactly true sizes. As for product it seems decent. I have wore top and trousers sitting around and never really sweated but I have also done a workout and did sweat more so if your doing exercise then expect to be sweaty with this I would not say I was soaking like pics show but definitely do sweat in it. I did 10,000 steps tho more extreme exercise would probably prove to make you sweat more.

Nice top better to order a bigger size has its a very tight fit. But it does the trick has you sweating as soon as its on.
