Solid product.
It works exactly as described, and the price was great. The only problem I had was ordering OD, but receiving OCP. I’m keeping it, but I will be ordering another OD in the future. Maybe that was a clever scheme to get me to buy two, but the joke is on them- it’s good enough that I’d have wanted another, anyway! 😂EDIT: 6 April, 2025, I ordered another in coyote brown, and that’s what I received. Still have to get one more in ranger green. Excellent pouch, and well worth buying more for other rigs!

Great belt IFAK.
UPDATE* (Survived a JRTC rotation)Holds everything a Gen 2 ifak comes with minus the 2 cat tourniquets. I was a bit skeptical, but this thing takes up next to no space, and allows you to sit in a vehicle comfortably with it on the 6 o'clock position of your belt. Doesn't feel like it is going to break apart any time soon, it can be used with both the molle and the belt loops if your belt has the capability and is thin enough. So I dont see it falling off or anything. Color isnt quite OD or Ranger green, but it will easily blend with either and look professional. If you're really really concerned about colors matching you might want to go up to the search bar and look for women's handbags instead.CON: (sort of) I'd recomend lightly waterproofing your medical gear, use thin plastic that will keep the water out but be easy to tear open to preserve your gear.

Easy to use
I love the design of this pouch. I currently have it mounted to the outside of my day pack with the mole straps. It holds really well I haven’t had any issues yet. I did practice with it a few times and it deploys really nice. It gets hung up sometimes but you just have to pull like your life depends on it. But once you rip out the pull tab and the pouch opens up you can clearly see everything. Repacking can be a little time consuming depending on how much medical supplies you keep in your blowout kit.

Definitely a LBT ripoff but it works super well.
Alright so if you’re on Amazon checking out this IFAK let’s be real with ourselves,Number 1: We’ve been on Instagram and have seen (insert your favorite page or non-conventional units) have this IFAK on their kit.Number 2: We are definitely not those people from IG because you and I are here, on Amazon. Looking for an IFAK lmao.Number 3: With all that being said this thing is perfect for the price. It can hold Combat Gauze, H-Bandage, a chest seal, compressed gauze, and a pair of med gloves. The rip cord is a little janky but it works fine once you play with it once or twice.

Great quality product!
This is a nice quality blow out bag. You can easily use it on your belt on the 6 o’clock position but I opted to put mine on my plate carrier using the molle, attached it to the cummerbund on my left side. I appreciate the method of deployment you just untuck the pull tab that is held by Velcro and tucked under the front flap and pull down to open the bag. I filled mine with the Recon Medical trauma kit. It has a cat Tourniquet, Israeli Bandage, gauze, trauma sheers, emergency blanket and carbon pen. I also added some celox packets for blood clotting and some North American rescue chest seals. The overall size of the bag is very nice and the color matches the other coyote brown very nice if you are concerned about the color just see the attached picture for reference.

Insufficient space and pour craftsmanship!
It doesn't come with any instructions on how to us this pouch, as well as the fact that the aircraft cable closure started fraying at the ends before I even got to put anything in it.As a former U.S. Army combat medic, I found this "IFAK" pouch to be poorly designed, as its barely had room for the first aid supplies and I had to choose between which lifesaving to include and which one's had to be left out.Suggestions: 1. Put a billowed bottom on it, giving it more space to allow for more supplies. 2. Improve the craftsmanship of the aircraft cable to ensure that it doesn't fray. -not only does this fraying make it MUCH harder to thread through the holes, but it's SHARP!! And it hurts when it pokes your fingers! 3. Final suggest is to include some sort of directions for use. Your could even use one of those scan codes on your product label to take the consumer to a YouTube video that describes all of the features of this piece of kit.Good try, but it seriously needs improvement!

Simply Perfect
This is the absolute best. Durable , quality made, very strong and compact with tear away feature, or loop directly on your battle belt. No need to pay overpricing for something that works and will last. Awesome product!

Does what its intended to do
Upgraded to this LBT style ifakpouch over the bulky ifak that I was previously using. It doesnt hold as much but it holds it well and is much more comfortable to wear while riding in vehicles. Seems well enough made for what it is and didnt cost $150.I would buy it again and recommend it.
