Good fit and value. Fits and sticks well in shoe.

A Good Product, But Needs a Tweak
I like the inserts, I like the way they feel, I like how they are transparent so I can even put them in sandals. But they don't stay in place. Not for a second.I used those double-sided sticky squares to hold them in place, and they work fine. But didn't the manufacturer test these? I shouldn't have to MacGyver them to make them work.

Helpful but awkward
The angle the pad sits in your shoe for pronation makes the fit a little uneven.

Adds soft support to heels...
I have a few pairs of shoes that feel like walking barefoot on concrete; they are too firm/hard. This insert adds a bit of softness and give so my heels don't hurt so much. Not every shoe can accommodate the lift that you'll get from these. I find that I can only use them in my full-coverage shoes, such as sneakers or loafers. Because I tend to over-pronate (ankle going inward) on one of my feet, I place this insert so the bulk of support is on the inside. It helps.

I really see a difference
I have chondromalacia, making my feet pronate outward. This always lead to pain in my knees on my regular walks. I placed a set of Dr. Foot's Supination Insoles & Overpronation Insoles in my shoes and I really feel a difference. This prevents my feet from pronating outward. My knees feel so much better after walks. I highly recommend these.

Terrible condition
They arrived badly damaged and unusable. They need to be replaced.

Great product...except the tape to hold them in place!
I have had these on for less than 4 hours. The tape has already dissipated and the insoles are slides around in my shoe. I had to tape them in place with Alien tape. :(. Other than that, they feel great.

well didn't work for me
easy to place in shoe and unstuck if need be. stayed in place while wearing. you put it one way for over pronation and the other for the other problem. I thought i would try it since i have no cartilage in my knees (both are on the inside making me bowlegged) thought it might help. It didn't do a bad job, but probably not really for missing cartilage :) I am guessing for normal folks this would work very well
