Great hair mask one of my favorite holy grail product!! Great hydration nice slip to the hair! Leaves my hair so soft! The only con is the design of the bottle even boyfriend likes it very effective!

Good value, product has a thicker texture that I like. I personally love scented products but this truly has no scent which is very good if you are sensitive. This brand has been amazing for my bleached hair (straight, dry). My hair feels noticeably softer after using it. I was offended at first when I saw that the bottom was empty. But I quickly realized that the bottom moves up so the product is squished to the top?? I think it’s just magic so 10/10. The pump is not hair for me to use.

I’ve used an ungodly amount of Kristin Ess products from varying lines, but this wasn’t it. I don’t know if it came broken or what, but I could NOT get the pump to work, ended up having to BREAK it off to access the product only to discover the hole was the size of a pea (and the tube cannot be squeezed). So, maybe if you like making a very aggressive martini in the shower, this is for you; but I do not.

After 3 mos I can fully say I like this product. I use it to help detangle my long hair and I prefer that it's fragrance free. It's challenging to find fragrance free products that work well.

Really good conditioner love that it's unscented because I'm very allergic to perfume. Only problem is pump only worked twice and there is no way to get conditioner out of bottle now.

The conditioner is really good, but the container is awful. I had to rip the top off to get to it. It’s too thick for the pump that it comes with. Once I got the top off, it was smooth sailing.

This made my hair feel so healthy!!! It didn't irritate my scalp and 2 small pumps went a long way! I've been trying a lot of different things and this felt so good and left my hair feeling so soft!! It hydrated and enhanced my curl too! Love this!!!

Does its job. Conditions without weighing hair down. Absolutely no smell.

My hair didnt feel any less dry after using.
