we had a previous XMARTo system for 5 years, finally it just went kaput!!. so we bought this model being it was just POE made it alot easier to install new cameras and change out memory put in and turn on , but the night Vision for the cameras is majorly lacking compared to the other model we had. This is one of those things that we are just going to live with how it looks at night, its up and installed and even though it was easy to install taking it down and getting another camera system just doesn't seem like fun to me. I do wish though the night vision would have been comparable to the previous system, I kinda like to see if someone is creeping around my back door at night , we were able to get the front door to show more , only because we have the ring floodlight right in front of it that stays on but the back door is dark as night until the sun comes up. Tech support gets back to you pretty quick , but we have been part of the XMARTO family for 5 years.

I like the great detailed picture and being able to zoom in on any portion of picture view.You can play back and search any portion of the recording very easy and make snap shots or short clips.Also they are a very good price, I just purchased another one just to have four more cameras and a backupdvr for just about the price of 4 cameras .Very happy with the purchase, the viewing of the cameras on the iPhone work great and very easy also,My wife had to spend a few days in hospital and because of the covid-19 could not have any visitors, she loved being able to see around our house.

Overall the system worked great. I installed it at my neighbors house. The NVR is connected to their living room TV and it's what they watch a lot of the time. They are not the most tech savvy people, but learned the functions quickly. They do not have smart phones, so the system is not connected to the internet. They use a wireless mouse to zoom, playback and record to USB sticks. The audio is acceptable off each camera. The night vision image quality is good and appears to have about a 100' IR light coverage. The daytime image quality is exceptional.

7 cameras and system installed in one morning. I setup the NVR, installed a 4 TB hard drive and attached this to a router. I hired a professional to install the outside cameras and bring the cables through the eves and attic to the NVR. The cameras would start working within a few minutes of being attached to the NVR. I had to try several options and refer to the company support FAQ to get the NVR to connect to the internet. I didn’t need to contact support so can’t evaluate their response.

Cameras and NVR work well and the price is reasonable. Very little documentation on how to set up the program. Haven't found a way to view the video on Amazon fire tv over the LAN connection. It appears to require a direct HDMI connection to view on any smart tv. The software management program for viewing on a PC or over internet is a little clunky.

The adaptor plug CANNOT work on my regular 110 Volt outlet. I use the regular two plug or 3 plug outlet. Now I am unable to use the camera security system. I am very unhappy

The system was easy to set up, and has been working without issue since. While any installation has its challenges, there was nothing about this system that made it any more difficult than our situation required.

Can't get a replacement part 1 out of 4 cameras failed on delivery.I never tried to return an item on amazon before. What a nightmare! I have to replace the whole unit or nothing, which is not an option for me. I had a break-in and they trashed my last dvr, but we caught them. I am not going to be without a dvr because you cant replace 1 camera that is Dead on arrival..I will let everyone know how horrible my experience with this has been.
