Nightmare to Install
The "instructions" that came with the faucet don't apply to a faucet. They are for showers and bathtubs with completely different connections. The only online video only shows you how to take it out of the box without drooling on yourself. Totally worthless. The description says "easy to install, no need to call a plumber". What a joke. My husband and I are not plumbing novices and we have had a real fight with this install. The design of the knobs is unlike anything else out there. It took us a while to figure out how to tighten them as both the topside and the bottomside are on one continuous thread. When you tighten one side, it loosens the other side. We have also had to make two trips to the hardware store for adapters because the connections are an odd size and there are no specifications included with the worthless "instructions" so you can't be sure you have all of the right stuff to start the project.
