Really good field microscope, definitely worth the money. Good magnification for getting the little ones to be explore their back garden. The back of most leaves reveals a Serengeti like scene with aphids and their predators fighting it out. Nature red in tooth and claw, and my little ones love it!

I am a biology teacher and I bought this for my grandson. He is 5 and quite advanced academically however, I think he will get more out of it when he is a couple of years older. The microscope is very good. Magnification is surprisingly high and it can be used for both slides and objects. The lenses are glass and good quality. A great little microscope for the price. I would quite like one for myself!

Bought it for my Godson’s 5th birthday, he loved it, and is still using it, months down the line!
