Series 8 DC838380 Lignum 13 x 6 Inches Snare Drum, Oak

All I can say is that this drum is AMAZING! I was pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail that was put into this product. Not only was the drum perfect, but even the packaging was great. I have never seen a drum company pay so much attention to the box that the product comes in. A simple thing like including a cover around the drum shows that these guys know what they are doing. I can say that I am sold on Drum Craft. Simply AMAZING!

I use this drum professionally, and it has never ceased to amaze me with it's open but just dry enough tone, and tuning range. Sounds great with Evans G1 top and reso, and steel snares. Replacement strainers are hard to come by, but there are compatibles on the market.
