Was easy to use and looked good make sure to get enough helium though

The balloons are good size but the quality could be better. I have only used 10 and 3 burst when filling with helium, the problem seems to be with some glue spots sticking the front and back together and when filling the foil is tearing. I tried to seperate but the foil Stills Tears.

I managed to use an electric air pump, I bought on Amazon, to inflate these. They do have a decent heart shape. I inflated 8 balloons for my decor, 6 have stayed inflated for 5 days so far. 2 were slightly deflated at 2 days. No, they do not float without helium, but, you can tie them to a balloon stick with some effort, if you have the patience! You can stick them to the wall. You can glue/tape a string on the top of the balloon to hang them down from the ceiling. NOTE: Air inflation will not make the balloons float. I did not have helium. Helium makes it far easier to attach the balloons to a display, it is recommended, but, at a cost.
