Had small issue with delivery date range but talked with customer service and issue was quickly addressed .Product works great have had zero issues with cartridges and ink . Ink dries fast and no smearing has occurred on various types of papers .

Work great in my Envy 4500. Much cheaper and seems to be lasting just as ty he others. Printer gives a message that you installed recycled genuine HP Cartridges and works fine.

HP printer will not work with the ink cartigages due to built in software.
