This unique series of authentic Balsamic Vinegars of Modena consists of three distinct varities, each aged exclusively in barrels of a particular type of wood. As the vinegar ages in the wood barrels for many years, the flavors of the wood work to enhance the qualities of the grape-based vinegar. Each of these I Legni Balsamics is rated "3 Leaf" on the leaf scale that ranges from 1 to 4, proudly bearing the 3 Leaf symbol on the neck of the bottle. The three varieties are Cherry, Oak and Chestnut. Each is an excellent condiment for drizzling over grilled meats or chicken.
