I put these in all my mtb's. They work great and keep your rims dent free. I also run 5lb lower air pressure and my bikes handle great.YouTube has a lot of good install videos. I can get them installed in a half hour for a pair. Not hard at all.

It is a bit difficult to install-I had read this every where I looked! I was a professional bike mechanic for 10yrs too! However, search for some YT vids for install help. You can ride with LOW tire pressures on the trail and tons of grip!! I only installed in the rear. I'm 195lbs, 6'0", and ride enduro/DH stuff mainly. Typically climb with 28-30psi in it, and then down to 18-20 for the descent. I thought the difference was very noticeable-that being MORE GRIP!!

love cushcore but you got to pay for it - costs are a bit excessive but cheaper than new wheels.

I'm a large and aggressive rider, I never get flats anymore and can run much lower air pressures.They are HARD to get on! Watch the how-to video from Cush Core.

Cush core is Great but mine did not come with a valve stem when it says on the package that includes a valve stem so now I got to go find one:(

package arrived labeled on the sticker as 29" model but the product was in fact a 27.5" model. had to deal with annoying return process after deadline. sloppy fulfillment...beware this seller

Expensive, but less expensive than new wheels, best insert on the market.
