This is very solid piece of equipment. For the money you can’t go wrong. Landmine attachments are pretty expensive. I bought this to use for rope hammer curls and bent over rows. It works absolutely amazing. And even better, more money in my pocket.

I use these for several exercises at the gym and because the gym is still closed, I started using a strength training machine at home so I needed this. As far as I can tell, it is the same quality we use at the gym and it works well while after a couple of months of use there are no signs of wear and tear.

Longer than most ropes which makes it great for face pulls as well as other movements. I liked it so much, I bought a second one, so I can have them setup on both pulleys of my functional trainer. I also attach them both to a single pulley to make an extra long rope. The included carabiner is strong and perfect for my 200lb weight stack.

I started using these at the gym primarily for face pulls. So far so good! My one gripe -- keeping it from being a 5 star rating -- is that the cable attachment piece is slightly loose, compared with other brands I've tried. It can take a moment or two longer to make sure it is properly centered on the rope, after which it is fine. More friction (i.e. a tighter hole for the rope, maybe?) would work better, but it's a minor nit for me. Solid construction and should last me a very long time. Also, I got the 36" length, but wish it were a couple inches longer, particularly for this exercise.

This is great. Strong and sturdy. I bought my own because I can’t ever find one at the gym to use. Folks always asking if they can borrow it. Best purchase ever!
