Okay to keep on hand for baking or to stretch the few eggs you have, but alone they taste terrible.

I like this egg powder as I don't buy eggs at the store. The eggs are whole eggs and can be used for baking also. I like the taste and it is easy to use. It measures at a one to one ratio of eggs and water and the eggs are scrambled of course. The can was fresh and if kept sealed it has a long shelf life. I have purchased powdered eggs many times and would recommend.

We don't really hmm, put these away to save for later, like most people. When they arrive, we consume them until they're gone. Seems to be cheaper this way.Then buying from the store. Taste is awesome, have never had any dented, cans.I'd like some complain about. I increased the water added by a small amount because I like my scrambled eggs to be light and delicate. I season with salt, pepper, and salsa or barbecue sauce.
