Lightweight travel companion
Good and powerful PC that has good battery life. Can get a little hot with heavy use. Wish it has an Fn-lock for easy access to volume/brightness controls.

Battery dead after 2 years.
Loved this laptop. Miraculously light and fast. Then yesterday - nada. Battery not charging. Almost immediately after the service window closed.

Buyer Beware
This product worked great... for about a year. After which, the screen broke, through no fault of my own, just ordinary use. This screen could not be replaced and that was it for the computer. The protection plan was little help, as, again, the screen cannot be replaced, so Asurion sent me a replacement from HP worth less than half the value of this computer. Buy at your own risk.

Light Weight, Reliable, Fast
I love the solid state hard drive - SO much faster than the spinning drives. I have a bad habit of being clumsy & often drop my laptop. I'm on my 2nd Gram right now and will not go back to a spinning hard drive. I recommend these every time someone talks with me about looking for a laptop. Then I hand mine to them and they can't believe how light it is.

Not sure if issue is quality control or junk.
Repeatedly falls off Wi-fi. Next came the screen freezes. Finally, the mouse quit functioning. Usually, I don’t write off a brand due to one bad experience. Making an exception here.
