This product may be the best ever made but I’ll never know. It came with only Chinese instructions and I think it only reads in Celsius. They didn’t even tell you how to put the batteries in, but I finally did that by the process of elimination. Too bad because it appears to be a reasonably well made product. I just need to find some nice Chinese person who needs one!

This took a couple of months to arrive, it comes from China. It is only in a Celsius reading only, but works fine. It also has different lights indicating fever levels with a smiley face. It was delivered to my door fine. Does not come with batteries. I am satisfied with the product 5 stars

Took me 6 months to get on of these after we donated ours to a fire house. It works as described (so far)

Instructions are wrong to start. I purchased 5 of them, and none of them were accurate. off by 4-12 degrees in all of the thermometers. Frequently turns off, or have to wait 10 seconds for the system to reset between scans: impractical for scanning factory workers. Switching between surface and body drops more degrees on LED readout. Contacted customer service a week ago and got no reply.
