UNI-SUN Self Balancing Scooter for Kids, 6.5" Two Wheels Scooter with Bluetooth and Lights for Girls Boys Kids Adults

I bought 3 of these hoverboards for my kids. They have had them for over a week and they love them, they’re professionals. One of the hoverboards was acting up after 2 days. I contacted their customer service through Amazon, and Kaylee responded from CBD Globel within 24 hours. Kaylee was extremely professional and walked me through the issue, it just needed to be calibrated. The customer service for this product was phenomenal as they were willing to refund and replace the product as well. Fortunately for my kid, I was able to fix it. Thanks Kaylee, I highly recommend this product after 1 week of use. Should something happen I will update.

This hoverboard is awesome. Compared to my daughter's friends' boards, hers is definitely faster and rides smoothly. I was very hesitant to get her one, but she's not had any safety issues when riding like intended (now when not as intended is another thing...).The Bluetooth speaker is AMAZING. GREAT sound quality. The lights are bright.As with any hoverboard, do not leave it plugged in unattended and don't charge more than four hours. It does get hot. Also, with this one, don't entirely trust the battery gage. My daughter's was basically dead and showed full on both the board gage and plug light had turned green very shortly after plugging it in. I told her it wasn't ready, but she didn't listen. Barely got to the park and it died...Oh and the green is teal as we had hoped!

My daughter is VERY clumsy so I was a bit worried that she would get hurt but she only fell a few times and now has the hang of it.I am also clumsy so I haven’t tried to ride it myself but she makes it look like so much fun I’m sure I’ll try it soon.

Just opened this for Christmas last night. Used until empty battery alarm. Charged it. Used this morning for maybe 20 minutes and one of the wheels locked up. This is the second one I have bought for my kid that this has happened to. I figured I'd give this a try since is said it was an updated version.What happens is the control boat has some sort of malfunction and applies full power to the 3 phases of the motor. The rotor locks and starts getting very hot. There is no way to turn the unit off. Normally you can press the power button to turn on and off. When this malfunction happens it does not work. Even holding it down will not over ride and turn off. You have to remove the bottom covers and unplug the board to board connector to reselt the microcontroller.This is a major design flaw and should have been fixed on these later revisions. I can't be the only one this has happened to. Amazon should not be selling these until this issue is proven to be fixed. This could cause a fire and or a battery explosion.If this issue was resovled it would be a great product but for a product that coukd potentially burning your house down is should get less than a 1-star.

I love the hoverboard it even connects to ur phone for music it goes so fast charges faster than expected u shld definitely buy it

It seems to hold up and the battery lasts for the whole day usually. Kids love it.

We bought this for X-Mas, kids loved it! Rode on the street and sidewalk, with no problems. It rides smoothly on streets and sidewalks. Can't speak for other terrain.You have to be very careful when learning to ride it as it could fly under you and you'll land on your back hard. Definitely start slow and hand hold.I am happy with the hoverboard, we bought it in Dec 2019 and still works like a champ till this day.

My daughter has been asking for a shiny blue hoverboard for 3 years. Santa finally came through and brought it this past Christmas! The metallic blue color is gorgeous! I have seen some complaints about it working once and then not again, but we have had it over 2 months and have had no problems! We live in upstate NY, so my daughter has only ridden outside once - but she rides it inside every single day (for hours) and never gets bored! The first time we charged it we left it overnight- she rides it every evening for an hour or 2 and the battery has never died. It takes less than an hour to fully recharge and it’s ready to go again! Absolutely a great purchase - highly recommend!
