Customer Service A+ Affordable and Good Finish
After an expensive kitchen remodel we were looking to save on furnishes for our kitchen and took a risk with LEPO Pot Filler.The pot filler did it's job well for 3+ years and then developed a small leak in one of the machine press arms. I contacted LEPO before leaving a negative review and they immediately responded, they even went above and beyond for a product outside of warranty.A+ Customer Service

Looks great
I love the way it looks over my stove. It is strong and very useful. I have an easier time filling up pots with water. The installation was easy.

Pot filler faucet
Really great product for the price. Nice finish. Physically heavy. Seems well built. Swings in/out nicely. Very affordable unit. Much less expensive than comparable products. Great bang for the buck. Almost everyone comments on it, wising they had one in their kitchen.

Leaking. Issues
Run do not walk. The build quality is horrible to say it at best. The value is not there with this item. Water flow was okay for sometime until it started leaking at the middle of the pot filler. I 100% do not recommend this pot filler.

Leak has started
Well, bought this back in early Oct., and our house was finished in Dec., so didn't start using it until a few weeks ago. We had two successful pot fillings, then a leak started at the first swivel joint. Not sure what to do except call a plumber. Too late to return to Amazon. Never buying things ahead of time.......

Great pot-filler!
Purchased this pot-filler after the one that was originally installed in my home began to leak. This new faucet was easy to install - other than doing the sheetrock work this thing had everything needed to get the job done. This one was also much sturdier than the one the builder installed and has a nice dual shutoff feature to really help with any possibility of leaks. The finish is nice and this option was much cheaper than the others I found. Overall very happy with this purchase and so far no leaks at all!
