Kind of wobbly but it serves the purpose. Love the basket at the top for wet wipes.

Great product but I have to return it since it didn’t come with the bolts to secure the top to the bottom.

Guys, I've found the one thing that makes this thing better. Go get a 2.5 pound weight plate and slip it into the bottom. The plate should be slightly smaller than a mega roll of toilet paper, take up very little space, and add just enough weight to the bottom to make this much more stable. I had to put the weight in after almost knocking this over in the middle of the night for the third time in a week. Metal falling on tile in the middle of the night is not the best thing when you have dogs who like to bark and don't like to stop.

I like the fact it can hold my cell phone and you can set up more than one toilet tissue in it holding area.

It looks complicated but it is really not. Matters of fact, it is extremely easy to put together. It fits my double flies toilet roll as you can see in the image. It doesn't take much space either. The reason i bought it because of the top rack. It is convenient to put cellphone on top or ipad. My kid takes his ipad with him to the restroom. These kids now a day, let me tell ya. Great balanced and looking good.

Perfect in new bathrooms where you don't want to drill into the walls/tiles. Also perfect for a bathroom that doesn't have a spot for a drill-in toilet paper holder that makes sense. Easy to move, clean, install, and use. Very sturdy- it does not easily fall over, I love that you can store two rolls on the bottom while having a third in use. In today's day and age it makes good sense to use the top rack for a place for people to put their cell phones so that they can avoid accidentally dropping it in the toilet (it happens more than you think). Highly recommend.

Ordered the black but received the white holder. Either one fits my bathroom with black and white tile but I thought the black looked nicer in photos. Went ahead and used the white one we received because we were moving into a new house that had no TP holder installed. It does it's job as expected. Slides across the floor if the bottom is empty but stays in place when weighed down by extra rolls. Top is big enough to hold my phone or other things from my pockets.
