Very poor customer service
These shoes hurt to wear and cut into ankles. Company refused to work with me to find right size. Very poor customer service.

Run small.
Beautifully made like all Loake products, but the fit is small. I own two other pairs of Loake’s, so I ordered the same size as the others, but the boots are too small. I would recommend buying at least a half if not full size up from what you usually wear. Writing this from an airplane with my feet in absolute agony.
